• Overview of shelter assistance as a humanitarian response in Southeast Asia and South Asia
  
• Discussion on shelter policy framework of Oxfam-HK and other partners
  
• Steps of building competency of Oxfam-HK and its partners to deliver effective and adequate shelter assistance

• Engineers / volunteers / humanitarian aid workers who are interested in this topic
  
• NGO who plans to build its competency in post emergency shelter assistance
